  2. Assignment #2
    • Develop a Webpage which demonstrates the HTML coding covered in the HTML Frames, Tables, and Lists tutorials following the guidelines below:
    • Create a folder in your folder called "Frames", keep the following work and all associated files, such as images, together in this folder.
      • File Names=frames.htm (Frames=frame1.htm; frame2.htm; frame3.htm)
      • Page Title=[Your Name]'s Frames Page (ex: Corran's Frames Page)
      • Your page must include the following exemplars:
        • Three (3) frames
        • A minimum of one (1) table, that has a minimum of two rows & two columns
        • Table must include borders and headings
        • Include a link that will open at least one frame in its own window/tab
        • At least one ordered (numbered) list and one unordered (bulleted) list
    • Your page should also demonstrate learning from past tutorials
      • Demonstrate a variety of HTML attributes (ex: different background colors for each frame)
      • Demonstrate a variety of Formatting techniques (different test styles and alignments)
      • Demonstrate a variety of links (both text and image links)
      • Page Content - The content of the page is completely at your discretion
      • Your content may be simple examples with no real meaning, information or intent
      • However, you are encouraged to develop a page that provides content that is sensible
      • Try to be creative and thoughtful - A page with content about school (ie. The school website, your schedule, etc.) would be a good example

    • Web Page Assignment: You are to create a web page with the following attributes:
      • Page Title: (Your Name) Form Page (ex: Jacob Kossman's Form Page)
      • Heading h1: Give your page a heading as you wish.
      • The following Form Fields: (it is your decision as to what information is gathered with these form fields, be imaginative and creative)
        • Textbox
        • Text Area
        • Check Box
        • Radio Button
        • Drop-Down Menu
        • Submit & Reset Buttons
      • It is important to remember to give each field a name and value, otherwise your feedback will not post properly.
      • Set the Action of your form to email me (wmerrima@lausd.net), as plain text
      • Background Image of your chooosing (not just a color)
      • Insert a Minimum of 2 Images:
        • An image of your choice with text to explain/caption the image
        • An image used as a link to another website, must open in new browser tab
        • One image, at least, must have a border
      • Align images as you please
      • Design characteristics will be taken into consideration in grading, so you may want to review some of the tips on design offered from the tutorial websites. Consider:
        • Overall layout
        • Placement of text and graphics
        • Color compatability/Readability
